60-Day Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed with Every Purchase at Australian Gear. We happily offer a returns for 60 days from the date of purchase.

How do I return my order?

    • Please lodge your return via our Returns Portal here.
    • You'll need to enter your number and email address
    • Select which item/s you wish to return
    • Choose between a refund to original payment method, online-store credit for full product value, or exchange for the same item different size
    • Simply follow the prompts for return provided immediately after return lodgement completion

    What we offer:

    • Refund to original payment method: This incurs a AUD $10 restocking and handling fee. All refunds are less original and return delivery fees.
    • Refund to online-store credit for full product value: All store-credits are valid for 3-years from date of issue. Choose this option for an exchange to a different item (change of colour, style, etc.).
    • Exchange for the same item, different size: Choose this option for an exchange of size only.

    Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in original condition with all swings tags and care labels still attached
    • Items must be unworn, unused, no stains, excess hair or makeup marks
    • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase date
    • Orders valued at AUD $500 and over, an online store credit will be issued, which remains valid for up to 36 months.

    Exchanges:

    To ensure a more efficient process, we no longer offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size: please opt for the return option 'exchange for same item' and advise us which size you require. Alternatively, please opt for the option 'refund to store-credit' if you wish to exchange to a different item (colour or style).

    For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.


    Items Not Eligible for Processing

    The following items will not be processed for returns:

    • Products with removed tags or that have been worn or washed.
    • Products with packaging damaged to the extent that it renders the product unsaleable.
    • Sale or clearance items (eligible for Store Credit only).
    • Custom-made products.
